FAQ / AsciiLoom

A few things to know.

Do I need an account to explore?

No. You can explore and download the built-in examples here. Account and upload requirements depend on the workspace feature you choose.

Can I use my own artwork?

Yes. Bring images you own or have permission to use. Review important text, faces and brand details before delivering.

What is the difference between an image and an interactive file?

PNG and video capture a fixed result. Interactive HTML responds to controls in a browser. Choose the format for its destination.

Can I update one item in a series?

Yes. Stable identities and versioned inputs let you revise affected outputs while keeping previous deliveries.

Can I keep the source audio in an MP4?

MP4 export requires video input. Source audio also needs a supported audio track, playback at 1× and a valid time range. The workspace checks these requirements before rendering.
